I had originally taken this job as a receptionist, at a busy tire repair center, because I was new to the area, and needed work. I have always done a good job, but at times I’ve had difficult customers from time to time, and it took a toll on me, and sometimes I think it affected my performance. A while back this team from a consulting company came to help our business.
