A CONSUMER GOODS STARTUP
I am extremely happy with the contributions and structure Seashe Consultants set up for us. We had originally reached out with employee retention issues, and a few employees that were not making the overall effort we were expecting. We are a newer company, only been in business for a little over a year. My brother and I started a line of men’s skin care products. It was frustrating that our staff of seventeen was doing about the same amount of work the two of us could almost do ourselves. The team from SeaShe met with us, and within a week, we had restructured responsibilities, processes, and gave employees clear expectations of what was expected (I have to admit now, our previous process was creating more work). Colby helped us set benchmarks allowing employees to earn bonuses which opened up a completely more positive culture encouraging employee feedback (which we weren’t getting prior) with an awareness that helps us fill orders much faster, and already received two great ideas from our team that will increase profit. Everyone is positive, we all help each other, and a comment from our last meeting was “I am having so much fun at work! Thank You Seashe!” Irwin & Gene
